Christina Myers joined the Rondout Savings Bank Team in 2017 and currently serves as Vice President, Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for the Human Resources and training functions of the bank and the overall employee experience.  She has over 15 years of HR experience in the banking and manufacturing industries. Christina has her bachelor’s degree in Business from Marist College, her master’s Degree in Human Resources from Pennsylvania State University and holds three HR designations. She is a graduate of the Leadership Dutchess Class of 2019 and the Executive Leadership Program Class of 2020.

Christina is an active member of the community, volunteering her time to numerous organizations. She currently sits on the Chamber Foundation of Dutchess County Board, the Millbrook Educational Foundation Board as Chair, the Professional Development and 40 Under 40 Selection Committees of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Advisory Panel for the SUNY Ulster New Start for Women Program. She participates annually as a scholarship reviewer and Leadership Dutchess Program mentor through the Chamber Foundation.

Christina was named a “40 Under 40 Mover & Shaker” by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and a “40 Under 40 Emerging Leader” by the Independent Community Bankers of America in 2022.

Christina resides in Dutchess County with her husband and two children.
