As Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, Kathleen Pless is responsible for growth of the lending division of the bank and will continue Rondout’s longstanding tradition of serving the community through volunteer efforts. Kathleen has worked in both community and regional bank environments and is highly skilled at business development and client management. As a seasoned banking professional, she brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Commercial Lending, Construction Lending, CRE, Multi- Family Lending, Credit Analysis and Risk Management. Kathleen is passionate about company branding and bringing technology to the forefront of community banking.

Kathleen has served as a member of the Valley Health System Hospital Auxiliary and Literacy Volunteers of America. She served as a Board member of the Bergen Volunteer Center and sat on its Executive Committee, Real Estate Task Force, Marketing and Branding Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking and has completed the Leadership Certificate Program at The Wharton School and Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University. She resides in Kingston.
