With a 33 year background in accounting, 30 of it spent directly in the banking industry, Charles brings a wealth of experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Rondout Savings Bank. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for managing the accounting, investments, and funding areas of the Bank. As the Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for managing the information technology (IT) strategy and the computer systems required to support the Banks objectives and goals.
