Meet our Mortgage Specialists
Each time I meet with someone who is looking to get a mortgage to buy or build a home or refinance their existing mortgage or make improvements, I am confident that Rondout Savings Bank offers the right financing solution that I can deliver in a friendly , knowledgeable and timely manner. My 20 years of experience in the Banking industry provides the skills necessary to tailor the right solution for the client, regardless of the need. I am a Kingston High School graduate and a 1998 Marist College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. My dedication to residential lending has been recognized by Hudson Valley Magazine as the 2014-2016 “5 Star Professional Award Winner” and the 2015 Who’s Who recipient.
I currently live in Highland, NY and look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your homeownership goals.
Experience and reputation counts when choosing where to finance your home. Our team of originators, underwriters and loan servicing personnel are measured by the Bank’s core values: Trust , Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Teamwork and Security. We’ve seen that bigger isn’t better when it comes to these traits, better is better. Call us today for a no obligation review of your mortgage needs.
My goal is to make a complex process easy, and to provide my customers with information that is presented clearly, so they can make informed decisions about their mortgage loan. I am a long-time resident of the Hudson Valley, and currently live with my family in Saugerties, NY. I began my banking career over 25 years ago as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter, working at both community and regional banks before joining Rondout Savings Bank as a Senior Residential Loan Originator. My decision to join Rondout Savings came from a belief that a community bank is best able to serve the needs of my customers. We work with local attorneys to ensure that the mortgage experience is both friendly and professional. Our underwriting and loan approvals are done locally, allowing closings to happen quickly.
I am proud to be part of the team at Rondout Savings bank, and to help support Rondout’s “Dividends to the Community” program, which donates 10% of the bank’s profits each year to the communities we serve.

Home Equity Loan/Line of Credit
Using the equity in your home to pay for major expenses is an easy and smart financial strategy that can save you money with low rates. The interest you pay may even be tax-deductible. Consult your personal tax advisor to learn more.
Regardless of the need, Rondout Savings Bank will help you determine which home equity solution fits your individual needs. We offer both a fixed rate loan or flexible line of credit, each offering competitive interest rates and flexible repayment terms. At Rondout Savings, all credit decisions are made locally in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
Home Equity Fixed Rate
This loan allows you to borrow against the equity you have built in your home, offering a competitively priced fixed interest rate, fixed term and payments. These features provide you the peace of mind in budgeting and protects you against interest rate fluctuations.
|FIXED RATE||INTEREST RATE||ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (APR)||MONTHLY PAYMENT PER $1000|
Home Equity Line of Credit
Opening a Rondout Savings Bank home equity line of credit allows you to borrow against the equity in your home – enabling you to pay for major items, such as education, home inprovements, or medical bills. A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) gives you ongoing access to your loan money. As you repay the borrowed amount, you can use it again during the initial draw period.
This is a variable rate that may change and is based on the Prime Rate published in the “Money Rates” section of the Wall Street Journal. All lines may be subject to a floor of 4%. The maximum rate that may apply is 14.90% APR. The rate may be adjusted monthly. The APR contains interest and no other closing costs. Hazard Insurance is required. For loan amounts under $125,000: if you pay off the loan within three years you may be required to reimburse the bank for a portion of the fees paid in conjunction with the loan closing. All rates are subject to change without notice. All loans are subject to credit approval.
