Since joining Rondout Savings Bank in 2001, Susie Dallies has developed extensive expertise in banking operations. As Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, she oversees deposit operations, internal auditing, compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and lending reviews, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Her experience demonstrates a long-term commitment to the banking industry and organizational leadership.

Susie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Communication from SUNY New Paltz and has pursued advanced professional certifications, including the ACH Accredited Professional Certification (AAP) and Wharton Leadership Certificate. She is also a graduate of the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Dutchess County Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership Program, reflecting her dedication to continuous professional development.

In addition to her professional work, Susie is actively involved in the Kingston community, volunteering with the People’s Place Community Board and the Kingston City School District Leadership Team. Her civic engagement underscores her commitment to supporting local initiatives and fostering community growth.

She resides in Kingston with her two children, skillfully balancing a demanding professional career with family life and civic contributions.
