Tony is a seasoned financial and operations professional with over 20 years of experience, offering a diverse skill set developed through his roles in banking, public sector administration, and financial planning. His banking journey began in 1998 and continued with various roles, where he sharpened his abilities in team leadership, relationship management, banking and mortgage operations, and financial strategy. With a well-rounded approach, Tony currently contributes to Rondout Savings Bank as the AVP of Business Development, providing impactful leadership across various facets of the organization.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Tony is an active community leader. He serves on the Board of the Kingston Local Development Corporation, where he also holds the role of Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee. His involvement extends to the Ulster Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he served two consecutive terms as a board member. For over 15 years, he was also a dedicated member of the City of Kingston Parks and Recreation Softball Board and Umpire’s Association.
Tony is committed to professional development, having graduated in 2021 from the Accredited Banking Professional program through the Institute of Extraordinary Banking. He holds an associate’s degree in science from SUNY Ulster and is also a proud graduate of the Ulster Leadership Development Institute.
When he’s not focusing on finance or community projects, Tony dedicates time to his passion for fitness. As a High-Intensity Interval Training Coach for Hudson Valley Ambition, he leads classes ranging from 5 to 45 participants, driving them to achieve their highest potential. His passion for helping others extends beyond the gym, as he is motivated to inspire his students to become extraordinary.
Tony has been happily married for 22 years and enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their pet bunny, Hareison James, named after the former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker.
