Tony is a seasoned financial and operations professional with over 20 years of experience, offering a diverse skill set developed through his roles in banking, public sector administration, and financial planning. His banking journey began in 1998 and continued with various roles, where he sharpened his abilities in team leadership, relationship management, banking and mortgage operations, and financial strategy. With a well-rounded approach, Tony currently contributes to Rondout Savings Bank as the AVP of Business Development, providing impactful leadership across various facets of the organization. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tony is an active community leader. He serves on the Board of the Kingston Local Development Corporation, where he also holds the role of Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee. His involvement extends to the Ulster Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he served two consecutive terms as a board member. For over 15 years, he was also a dedicated member of the City of Kingston Parks and Recreation Softball Board and Umpire’s Association.  

Tony is committed to professional development, having graduated in 2021 from the Accredited Banking Professional program through the Institute of Extraordinary Banking. He holds an associate’s degree in science from SUNY Ulster and is also a proud graduate of the Ulster Leadership Development Institute. 

When he’s not focusing on finance or community projects, Tony dedicates time to his passion for fitness. As a High-Intensity Interval Training Coach for Hudson Valley Ambition, he leads classes ranging from 5 to 45 participants, driving them to achieve their highest potential. His passion for helping others extends beyond the gym, as he is motivated to inspire his students to become extraordinary.  

Tony has been happily married for 22 years and enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their pet bunny, Hareison James, named after the former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker.  

Rania Fakhoury joined Rondout Savings Bank in 2017 with more than 20 years of banking experience and has held various positions in retail banking.  Rania uses her expertise in business development and customer service to go above and beyond for her customers.  Rania is proud to be working for a company that values their employees and gives back to the community that we live and raise our families in.

Rania earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Suny New Paltz in 2002 and is also a graduate of the Dutchess Leadership Class of 2018. Rania previously served as a treasurer on the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce Board.  She enjoys volunteering at various non-for-profits organizations such as Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce, Ulster County Chamber of Commerce, Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, FDR Crew and The Anderson Center for Autism.

Rania currently resides in Hyde Park with her husband and three children.

Leah started her banking career with Rondout Savings Bank in 2014 as a teller. she has since held various positions within the retail banking department.  She has been most recently promoted to the Branch Manager of the Uptown Office. In her new position she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, creating relationships with new clients and furthering relationships with existing clients.

Leah is passionate about working for Rondout Savings Bank, a local community bank because she is able to make meaningful and long-lasting relationships with all of her clients. She is a life-long resident of Kingston, graduating from Kingston High School in 2009.

Terri is a knowledgeable banking professional with over 40 years of retail banking experience.  She specializes in developing and cultivating personal and business relationships in both Dutchess and Ulster Counties.

For Terri volunteering and giving back to the community is very important and she has served on several different boards and committees throughout the years. She is currently volunteers at Hudson Valley Animal Rescue and Sanctuary and is an active member of  the , Hyde Park and Ulster County Chamber of Commerce.

She resides in Dutchess County where she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter.
